The Escondido Boys & Girls Soccer League is committed to providing a great soccer experience for children and their parents who have not been able to enroll their children in soccer organizations due to economic situations. We believe that the goal should be the development of mental and physical talent and skill of our players to the highest level possible, both as an individual and as a team player. We also believe that winning is not as important as the player’s development and successful player development will result in winning. This organization’s success is measured by its excellence both on and off the field.
